SOUPS – $12.50
Meaty Jambalaya  – This traditional Louisiana style Jambalaya has all the good stuff, chicken, andouille sausage, ham.  Yum! †

Veggie  Roasted Corn & Ancho Chile Bisque –  We like this soup hot or cold, either way you can’t go wrong.  This pureed soup is a wonderful, slight spicy, blend of ancho chiles, red peppers, corn and cream.  †

Vegan – Harvest Soup - This vegan soup has all the bounty of the growing season.  We take fresh zucchini, rainbow chard, yellow squash, carrots, and add hearty great northern beans and rainbow quinoa. †

Chef’s Choice Creamy Tomato Basil – The classic. Great by itself. Even better paired with your home-made grilled cheese. †

Sipping Broth – $7
Beef Bone Sipping Broth – 16 ounces of bone broth, perfect for any time but especially good when you are sick.  It is a wonderful daily boost of magnesium, potassium, calcium, amino acids, and collagen.  This broth is paleo friendly too!

BOWLS – $8
Korean Bowl –  Super flavorful bowl with kimchi, ginger, and scallion sauce on a bed of brown rice. Our bowls are great warmed or cold. †

Southwest Fajita Bowl   This is one of our go to bowls for lunch or dinner. Perfect blend of black beans, roasted corn, chicken and cilantro on a bed of brown rice. Our bowls are great warmed or cold. †

Yakisoba Noodle Bowl  This bowl hits all the right notes. Tangy, slightly sweet, paired with fresh veggies and buckwheat noodles. Our bowls are great warmed or cold.

Roasted Beet Bowl – $8
A nice blend of earthy beets and light and fresh citrus.   Our bowls are great warmed or cold.  †

Quinoa Bowl – $8
This bowl makes us think of Fall. Yummy delicata squash, paired perfectly with feta cheese, toasted chickpeas, on a bed of quinoa, and a side of Zhug sauce.

Salads & Wraps

Mixed Greens & Recipe No. 5 Salad Dressing – $6 Organic mixed greens, carrots, sunflower seeds and sweet cranberries. Try our dressing once and you’ll be coming back for more!

Roasted Chicken Cobb Salad – $10 Our take on a Chicken Cobb Salad.  This large salad is a full meal on its own.  Fresh Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, with bacon, and blue cheese dressing.  †

Peanut, Cabbage & Brussels Sprouts Salad – $10 
When you need a boost of fresh veggies this salad has you covered. Shaved brussels sprouts, with cabbage and cilantro with a delicious ponzu dressing. The Ponzu Dressing and Peanuts are packaged separately for freshness. †

Chicken Kale Caesar Salad – $8
Oh so yummy caesar salad with baby kale, swiss chard and roasted chicken. †

Pecan Maple Wonder Crunch –  In partnership with our friends at Lucky Rabbit Snacks, we love this granola in a bowl with milk, on yogurt, ice cream, sprinkled on top of salads and as a great trail mix for the back country camping trip.
